Needing to get ahead.

Some people try so hard to get to the top they act like dumbasses falling down trying to both please and displease just to get people's nods.

Some think so highly of themelves they will even try to hijack an idea when they dont even know what it is for. Some keep on insisting on something they fancy themselves doing even when others are appointed instead.

Some only announce but do not deliver, they shrink at the first sign of problems making everyone but themselves suffer for their lack of testicular fortitude.

Some even take the time laughing their heads off thinking how good they are when everyone else thinks otherwise. What else would i say when they are described in a range of adjectives from "strange", "nobody", "moron", "ass-kisser" and "asshole".
